EZAir Wireless store – Magento based shopping cart
The requirements for EZAir Wireless new website was not simple,
The system needed to be fully automated from the payment stage to the Shipwire warehouses shipping procedure, this is why I selected Magento.
Magento has a full Shipwire + PayPal integration.

Frisky + EZVibe – Audio Streamer Campaign
This is one of my favorite campaigns, Frisky radio is a very popular online radio and the audio streamer works with mac’s.
Also, any music related campaign is purely fun.
The concept here is “Unleash you music” as you can see I’ve chosen an exploding note as the visual.
We’ve posted the following banner on frisky’s home page:

Make it simple – To make it work – EZAir Landing page
Lately I’ve I been working on a new landing page for EZAir Wireless, the goal was to increase sales on the latest EZView+ PC to TV Wireless HDMI connection. Due to the fact that this product is not well known the only way I could make it easy to understand was to make the landing page as simple as possible.

When I was trying to pass this new design I’ve encountered some objection from my managers, This page wasn’t giving enough information about the product, previous landing pages was loaded with technical information about the product, customers reviews and more.
We decided to give it a go and discovered a 15% increase in conversion, it was good enough to keep it online.
So in my opinion the conclusion is the same for any marketing campaign, Keep it simple.
EZAir | Branded employe business cards
This is the EZAir Employe business card design.
In case that you’ve flowed the previous posts you can see that I decided to use brighter “sky blue” for print. When printed the color is darker and appears to look like EZAir web pages blue.
Hosting Services – How did I discover Indichosts
When I started web design in 2004 I’ve found myself struggling to find a suitable web hosting service that will provide me a good support, fast servers and a good connection.
Iv’e started with GoDaddy, Basic shared hosting and I discovered I was using an overloaded server, the server had no big technical issues it was just a slow server with a poor connectivity.
So after looking around I moved to 1and1 at 2006, this was a big mistake, my customers were unhappy and their technical support didn’t help solving technical issues.
The story is long, using about 7 different hosting services, some required by customers and others when trying to find a good server, to use as my default server for customers.
I’ve started my business at 2007 and hired 2 freelance programmers to work with me, one of them recommended using Indichosts.net as my main hosting solution. He recommended going for the Microsoft clustered hosting service.
This was the best move I’ve made, Indicthosts have made my life easy. With a fast and professional support team that was there to solve issues Iv’e created, in matters of minutes, fast servers and great worldwide connectivity. Since then I’ve stayed with Indichosts. In fact I have recommended them to anyone I know.
Currently I have about 5 happy customers using Indichosts hosting services with different hosting plans, I myself have a semi-dedicated hosting plan. And I’m writing this post because people should know that Indichosts is probably the best hosting service they can choose.
I have nothing to gain from this post, this post is not an advertisement.
EZAir campaign for EZView & EZView+ | Streamer Campaign
I’ve created a set of banners for EZView Streamer the leads to unique pages.
This banner leads to the following Lending Page:

I’ve design this page to be continuance of the banner. The Idea was to emphasis the banner
Website Redesign
When I’ve started to work for SolidCAM one of the first thing I’ve noticed needed a change was the website.
This is a big challenge, because the website contain a big amount of content.
The website is multi language and also have a user area, it is based on typo3 OpenSource CMS. Transferring the data from the old the to the new one wasn’t going to be any easy, especially because the website meed to be more organized and accessible to the customers.
Take a look at the current website

First this to do was to learn what users are looking for in general and where are they usually going. This information is important in order for us to make navigation easier. Read more
EZAir Wireless new products use-cases
Recently I was asked to redesign EZAIR use-cases. I tried to create use cases that will be natural and attractive.
Using stock images was a big limit on this project.
Here is the result.
EZLIVE Streamer & Video conferencing device is a bit more complicated, this product stream a PC screen to an HDTV + 5.1 audio with a webcam that wirelessly transmit back to the PC.
Therefor creating a use case for it is a big challenge.
This is the result:
SolidCAM AU Website
Recently I’ve been asked to create a website for SolidCAM Australia, As a rule we are a using an existing Open Source CMS.
Our experience wasn’t so good with Joomla, We had some stability issues, Drupal proved to be an outstanding CMS wit one draw back – Slow and agonizing to develop.
WordPress, A more limited system came out for a simple website the strongest, with no need for a user area pr other advanced figures building this website in WordPress took 3 hours.
You can log it to the site by clicking here
The advantages of using WordPress as as a CMS are explained here
Product Rebranding – Software Box and inlays design
One of the challenges I’ve got as I started to to work at SolidCAM was to Redesign / Rebrand the company’s main product.
I had to start with an original box that had an unorganized overly clustered design.
My first goal before even starting to work on the concept was to try negotiation to reduce the amount of data on the BOX. I’ve managed to loss about 20% of the content which was good to start with, and I did have a big amount of content left.
Second goal was to investigate the market and start something which is recognizable with the field and the company, it also had to stand out of the competition.
I was lucky, apparently this market didn’t develop much when it comes to marketing and branding, It looked like a big soup of unrecognizable companies. also, I’ve noticed that the main design line for all the competitors and SolidCAM was a simplified, unorganized and sometimes even cluttered.
